Starting a new job is exciting. There is nearly always a honeymoon period when you are accepted and welcomed, and your learning is rapid and effective. In the first three months or so you will have the right to ask the sort of questions you would not normally get away with. After that, you will be expected to know and fewer allowances will be made because your are 'new'! Use this period well.

Take into consideration all the points outlined above. You should turn your new job into a rewarding, satisfying and progressive stage in your career.
